This error occures when the application was not able to connect to the SMTP server defined in the configuration.
- Check your network connection
- Check your SMTP settings
- Add an allow policy to our firewall outbound rule for SwissWize.DataSuite.Cockpit.exe and SwissWize.WorkflowManager.exe
- Open you firewall for the specified port
