  • An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions


This error occures when the application was not able to connect to the SMTP server defined in the configuration.

Possible Solutions:

  • Check your network connection
  • Check your SMTP settings
  • Add an allow policy to our firewall outbound rule for SwissWize.DataSuite.Cockpit.exe and SwissWize.WorkflowManager.exe
  • Open you firewall for the specified port
